Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are here to help.
Reporting:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing photos of the defect.
Resolution:
If the defect is confirmed, we will issue a Store Credit for the full value of the item. This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Exchanges:
Since every piece is custom-made for you, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Guide to ensure a perfect fit.
